Paul Colton, attorney for JustBicycles.com LLC announced today that JustBicycles is filing suit against several bloggers that have published articles using the trademarked name "Just" or "JustBicycles" and/or published copyright pictures and content belonging to JustBicycles.com LLC.
Both the name and the pictures are valued assets of the JustBicycles.com Corporation and may not be used without the corporations permission, stated Colton. Unauthorized use of the name and/or pictures will not be tolerated. Those individuals that are using either the name and/or the copyrighted pictures, without permission, may expect suit to be filed against them.
JustBicycles.com has a significant investment in protecting it's intellectual property stated Colton. The devaluation of the name JustBicycles will not be tolerated. There are significant penalties for individuals that violate either trademark or copyright laws and the filing suit and publishing of those suits, on the internet, (including the violators name, employment and home/work address) is only the beginning of an aggressive plan to seek out thieves of our intellectual property rights.
There is no First Amendment Right to interfere with the contractural rights of JustBicycles or to use its trademark name or copyrighted pictures without permission.
We are asking the public to provide assistance in identifying sites and bloggers that have engaged in the use of the JustBicycles tradename, pictures or other intellectual property, stated Colton. Rewards for such information are available
